Currently eating leftovers of THIS BEAUTY @bbqktownnyc. Tried out their various flavors of Korean fried chicken (KFC) last night – I had a super busy day so crispy KFC and ice cold beer was the perfect way to end the day. Also tried this skillet with sautéed veggies, baby potatoes (cooked in butter? Sooo good), seaweed rice balls filled with Korean pickles, spam and veg (like kimbap Korean sushi in ball form) drizzled with mayo – I sliced one open here so you can see all the fillings, and of course tender chicken pieces marinated in gochujang (Korean red pepper paste) – so flavorful and the chicken was super tender and not dry at all, with the right amount of char. Can’t wait to go back already! #?
